Anyone know how to get on the train?

I can't seem to find a certain way to get on the train in the west without falling off. I am trying to get that clue bottle that is on the top of the house that is just east of the northernmost house, and it seems like the only way is to get on that train and jump up on it. It is the last clue bottle I need for that area, anyone know how to get it or get on the train?
