Why don't the North American updates EVER get their OWN CONTENT????
It's absolutely BS.
Kudos for the update though.

Our own content? LOL yeah right... we can't even get a decent website!
At least we've been getting a few good tracks in our updates these past few weeks.

I can't believe people are continuing to complain. The US SS updates have rapidly improved over the last three months! (Pretty much since the Britney songpack.) We are now getting basically every entire update from Europe each time - not to mention getting caught up on the back catalogue of songs that were withheld from us since the launch last year.
@ the complainer that says we get no current songs - Leona Lewis, Metro Station, Lily Allen, Sara Bareilles, The Fray are all only a year or two old. In fact, the lion's share of the SingStar: Pop Edition disc is from this past year. If you want current songs, import that. (doi.) It's worth it.
Oh, and 80's karaoke music is not going away, nor should it. People want to sing songs near and dear to them and it just so happens a great number of the most popular karaoke gems EVER came from that decade. (Hello Bonnie Tyler, Madonna, and Bon Jovi: I'm lookin' at you!)
I for one am pleased as punch that Singstar is realizing they have a strong niche (gay) audience and is catering to us more. (ROXETTE! HELLO!)

Thank you! I still dont know why people complain about the updates also. These updates have been the best ive seen ever since owning this game since launch. If you are able to buy 4-5 songs per update i think its a great update. If you expect to buy all 20 or so songs released per update then you are rich or like have an infinite amount of HDD space.
