Like I said before it's not just Socom 1 HD your voting for. Your voting for the original Socom formula that we want back, we need to show Sony that we consumers would buy an original style Socom game and not some hybrid frankenstein that's trying to copy every other game and take out all the great necessary features that Socom had.

The thing is, saying you want a S1 remake leaves the door open for SONY to make a SP only remake. I would rather have a Legacy type game because then there would be a 99% chance that it would be SP and MP due to the fact they would have to build it from scratch. Now some people may be happy with just a SP remake, personally i wouldnt. There are only a few remakes out there that actually have MP in addition to SP. Keep this in mind, if SONY ever Greenlighted a S1 remake and if it only had SP, then they can honestly say they listened and gave people what they wanted. A Legacy type game would be the best of both worlds, Classic maps and modes from all Socom, SP and MP, the CORE of Socom would be there AND they would have room to expand and keep on supporting and supplying DLC for years to come. Now which would be better?
If sony are dumb enough to remake socom 1 without the MP they deserve to burn in hell.

Well considering SONY was dumb enough to let ZIPPER make Socom 4 the way they did, what do you think the odds of them remaking S1 without MP are going to be??

If it's a remake or a new Socom, they should just strip the freakin single player so they can stop making excuses and just focus on creating a great online experience. Not saying Socom 1-3 single player is bad, but once I touched multiplayer I have yet to play single player again on Socom.

I agree 100%. While the SP were ok, MP is where all my fun came from.
