I bought socom 4 and now its useless. Spending hours trying to d/load a patch which doesn't work and virtually renders the game useless. If you went to your mechanic and while fixing your car, he does something that screws it up, he's responsible to fix it or replace it. Gamers spend good money buying their product and trust that it will work as advertised. Why should they get a pass when the screw you out of out hard earned cash? Not to mention your time involved trying to do the online fixes...literally hours wasted. They should pay!
