Spawning inside of Box.

In Baleout during a respawn, on the Insurgents side of the the middle temple, their are boxes or crates in that side, not the middle, and sometimes I respawn in them and can't get out. Solution is to kill myself, thus creating a suicide on my person, that did not need to be. Please fix the spawning so that doesn't happen. Thanks
