Confrontation stats not updating

i currently just got back from a year long deployment and when i got back i had to get a new PS3. I got my ID back and all that but non of my confrontation rating or anything for that matter is updating. I am playing socom: confrontation. I have been playing for about 2 weeks and i know that normally it takes a few days to update but so far nothing. any advice?
