different story because you guys want it online, that is much much more work. that is just part of it they can work around that if they really wanted to, but a bigger part is the cheating that is still running rampant on socoms of last gen.
i think those days are over you guys need to let it go. zipper said they have no interest to bring the old socom back and sony probably does not care because all of their online logins are now from call of duty and battlefield whereas last gen socom was their ticket for people to log online.

Why do you bring up cheating on old SOCOMs as a reason not to remaster one of them? It makes zero sense. If a remaster of S1/2 was released, the codes couldn't be used.
You need to understand PR speak. That was said while they were pimping SOCOM 4. They didnt want us to feel like there was the possibility of something coming down the line, they wanted us to view SOCOM 4 as the only choice so we'd jump on board. Nothing more.
You'd be a fool if you think SONY is fine with having COD and BF pulling in large numbers on their box. They want their own competitor, something that will only be found on their box and something that would give them a decent stream of DLC money.
Then again this is just an account made to troll, so why should I even take the time to explain anything.
