Zipline Podcast, Episode 22 Q&A Thread - Mike Gutmann

49 replies 166 views Edited Sep 20, 2010

Hey All,

Our next episode of Zipline will air on October 1 -- but that doesn't mean that you can't ask Zipper Vice President, Mike Gutmann your questions for the podcast in the meantime.

Not sure if this one can be answered,

How much money has been spent so far, developing SOCOM 4?

Now that SOCOM 4 has been delayed. Do you guys/gals have enough time to go GOLD with SOCOM4?

Do you frequently check how the crew is working on Socom 4 to make it the best Socom game of all time and do you browse through the Socom forums at all?

On the gaming industry as a whole do you feel MAG has made a big impact in the online gaming world?

Would you even consider it a success?

Do you really wanna see a sequel? i know at this moment i don't.
reason being this game is just too powerful for the ps3 i guess. all this memory fighting makes it almost impossible to get new guns and gear. What is being done about this just how much memory can you get back to give us new content.

just save a sequel for the next system and work on another title. maybe the one that Ed had finished in his mind on that last podcast.

SOCOM4 won't have this type of problem now will it?
I'd hope we get tons of add ons as time passes.

Can we ever get a solid date on when we'll get to see some of the online maps? Not just "sometime soon".
Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Did Zipper travel anywhere for inspiration, or specific locaiton work, for SOCOM 4?

If so, specific locales?
