I can live without doors not having any physics. Would be nice to kick a door open and throw a flash-bang while my partner rushes in. Health regeneration is what beyond pathetic to me.

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Seriously?! That's pretty upsetting. I miss the days of Socom 2 where you'd run in the boathouse and close the door and just stare out the window with your gun up. Or when you'd go open a door to make someone think you've gone in, then when they run in you go in after them and MERCCCCCCCC them. Shame there's no doors to be opened.

Ha ha, it's kinda funny how the first SOCOM on the PS2 is more advanced and interactive than SOCOM 4 on the PS3, ha ha!

Yea the good old days. Single player was awesome in executing clearance maneuvers. As I can remember the doors were very sensitive. If you would open the door to fast it would slam.
I can't even imagine a socom single player without doors and breaching...of course I don't have to because zipper already did it and called it socom.

Its funny and at the same time its sad. I think zipper is making the game very easy for the casual. Simple things like shooting out light may scare them away? Iv played all the metal gear solid series and it always gets better. Same play-style, same characters, guns and sick fights. That company understand the meaning of roots in their franchise. So why does zipper keep the formula that works for all.

no kidding now this game is less tactical,, in the old days you could place a pm mine down so when door opens it would usually catch somone coming in.. Guess tactics is what zipper is leaving out of this socom.

yeah man..its sad to be honest..
i am dissapoint that simple physics that are supposed to be in a realistic game cant be done.

That what it look like I wish they can show more footage so I can be wrong. I really want to be wrong so I can enjoy a true socom game. One of my best scenario in single player was catching a fleeing terrorist. I love how they gave up and you was able to subdue him. Mission accomplished! I hope at least they have those kinds of scenario in socom 4.

A perfect example of lazy developers. This is becoming a trend amongst the lot of them. Hopefully gamers today will catch on to this laziness and some changes can be made in the future when gamers just finally get fed up.
