PC is superior to console when it comes down to the meet and potatoes, when it comes to competitive gaming, or playing to win, PC wins out. But, consoles have that fun factor. There are also PS3 exclusives that I wanted to play,, for example Gran Turismo 5, which made me buy a PS3 (Gran Turismo 5 is awesome). Also wanted to try Socom out, too bad its glory days are far behind.
However, PC gaming can get a little stale after some time, which I'm sure console gaming can too. So, being a PC gamer for many years, I'm now playing PS3 exclusive games, and having a lot of fun with them. When I get bored of my PS3, I'll go back to PC gaming, and so on and so forth.

I agree, i do the same. i switch off when i get bored.
the only reason i got a PS2 was for Socom 2. which was a exclusives game only for the PS2.

the only problem is that when games are made there made on PC then porterted to different consoles, PS3,Xbox,Wii
giving certain consoles the exclusive gaming rights.
they might as well stop wasting time & money porting crappy games onto all consoles.
and concentrate on making games on PC better, if Socom or Grand Turismo was on PC game it would be x100 better.
they can easily implement a PS3 XrossMediaBar) menu like Steam has it.
from there you can log in the same way onto your PS3 account except on PC & play online.
more time & money can be used to prevent cheating & hackers then porting games.

The main reason I play on consoles, pc hackers put script kiddies to shame.

Socom is a Counter Strike inspired game. FACT...
yep, it was the first game they copied, then they copied battlefield, then cod, then uncharted.......
Right.. Lmao...
So one of the devs at Valve worked on S1,2,3 & CA, was doing a 24 hour live stream for a kickstarter on a game they are developing on their own time called "Defense grid" I asked about S4 and he openly told me that the reason Zipper copied COD was because that was the game that most ppl played. Though long time Socomer already knew this, its now FACT. Zipper was just a bunch of Copy cats they never had no real potential developing good games they just copied and paste, Hence another reason they were un-successful and lost their jobs. Innovate, don't intimate.
