Thats a simple answer. Those games are easier to play and require no effort. Prgogrammers leveled the playing field between really good players and poor players with current shooters. Doubt this go look at Socom 4.

You guys aren't very good at them, are you? Oh, and don't forget that even Confrontation has elements of CoD games in it. I figure the blinders might have made you miss that.

In any case, a simplistic analysis at best. They probably just aren't your cup of tea, that's all.

they are all the same see the key word same , socom games have changed each time new games comes out

if socom stayed the same way as socom 1 and 2 we would have new socom today.

I read that the new cod sales may be down as much as 10%-20% compared to last year. I'm guessing the cod fade is finally coming to an end.

Hmm that would be nice. Maybe these developers can get back to making good games again with a full gaming experience .... instead of great graphics. Maybe we can have best bof both worlds again... YAY.... lol
