Some People will enjoy playing Phantasy Star Online 2 on Their Computer,or/and PS-Vita,however many other People would enjoy playing PS02 and other Video Games alike using Their Playstation Console,which is hooked-up to Their nicely sized Television!
Furthermore,since Sony has created the PSN & PSN-Cards which can be obtained in a easier (convenient),less frustrating & reliable way (non-shady) then any other method to date; a Videogame such as Phantasy Star Online 2,and the others of the same genre seem well suited for a PS3-version;at least in the terms described above...
There may be other issues--reasons why Sony and Sega haven't mentioned a PS3-version of PSO2;such as the continual Updates,and Storage Space that may be needed for PSO2,over time..IDK, however some sort-of Online storage and networking ,from Sonys side could probably handle those aspects,if People rather not use a majority of Their own HD-Space on any one Videogames Updates.
