For those of you who haven't played this masterpiece made by Sony's very own SCEI developer team who spent more than 3 years making this game, with a team amassing a total of 100 and more members, I can only give you hope for a digital release or a remake, which is my main gripe with Sony right now.
A forgotten jewel in Sony's crown, that one missing part of the puzzle, Legend of Dragoon has been one of my first RPGs, and one of my favorite ones too, not without a reason. A magical game of Wingleys, humans, war, betrayal, friends, and sins of fathers past brings a tear to not just my but every other fan's eye every time The Drop announcement is posted on the Sony blog.
An engaing battle system like none other ever made, a story worthy of not only sequels and prequels, but books, toys and board games as well, and a soundtrack made by someone who is born only once in our lifetimes, LoD is the #1 RPG out there for a mass of fans.
A sequel is needed, or at least a remake for the PSV, or if not that then at least a port on the PSN.
Sony, hear our prayers!

May a reboot or a port be in your honor.
I fully agree LOD was my first rpg and I loved it everything was just spot on,some of my fav characters of all time sony, you guys brought back twisted metal from the dead you can bring back LOD it can be a reboot, remake, port or whatever just bring back LOD!
I wish they would make a sequel...it doesnt even have to be about Dart (although that would be nice). Just as long as they make a game that brings back Dragoons, additions, and that very unique combat system. I really love this game and I got out my hard copy just to play it again.
To add insult to injury, Sony didn't even put a character from LoD into Playstation All-Stars.
I love this game, it does have its share of cliches, but no RPG can say that they don't share this fault. The characters were well developed and had nice, varied and somewhat unique personalities. The overall storyline was free of that extremely annoying "crystals" based dillema. And it has tons of content to keep you interested forhours after you have already beaten it. It also has an extremely memorable soundtrack and has some fantastic visuals and voice acting (not FF X quality, but it good).
My only gripe is that it is a fairly linear RPG, but it isn't nearly as bad as Final Hallway XIII so it is not that much of an issue.
