Fallout 3: Searching for the Deathclaw Sanctuary

I have looked all over where I thought the sanctuary is but just can't seem to locate it.  Seems like I coverered anything remotely close to Little Lamplight but still can't find that cavern.  Can someone give me a better idea of how to locate it?
