well all i can think of is doing a pre-quel of some sort. it wouldnt be a direct one but they could do it about Landon Ricketts since Jack is living on the 1920s (when the old west ends) and no one likes to play as him.

Personally, and with the advent of Tarantino's "Django Unchhained" getting released later this year, I think they might have to take the series back a little further. I say they should make the main character an escaped slave(maybe even just an ex-slave) that attempts to find his family members that had been sold off and to extract revenge on his ex masters. Of course for historical accuracy, many of the weapons in Redemption wouldn't be available in this time period but I think the story line alone opens up many possibilities for the side missions and challenges that made Redemption so successful... and MY favorite console game of all time! And an outfit like Rockstar would be the only one able to handle such a controversial topic and make it come out smelling like roses and I even have a possible title to submit: Red Dead Reparation!

The new story should be about an ex-slave trying to locate his family and exact revenge on his ex-masters. Just think of the skills challenges and side missions that could come of that! Red Dead Reparations 2014!

An article was on the internet a few months ago, from some "insider" at RockStar who said they were in fact working on a "Bully 2" and another Red Dead game titled "Red Dead Rebellion."
Take it for what it is -- internet gossip.
Personally, I'd rather see a sequel to Bully before another Red Dead game.
Save the third RD for next-gen

I agree wholeheartedly, MB! I purchased the game as a physical copy some two years
ago for $40, and got my money's worth and more! I had gone back to the game numerous
amounts of times, and coincidentally, am on my thrid playthrough in single story mode.
There's just so much to do, like you said. And for people who haven't grabbed this game,
I highly recommend it. Even when the main story ends, you can still hunt animals (no worries
as to close ups depicting wolves, coyotes and other animals being cut apart. It's not graphic.
The side missions are also a never ending part of what you can do as John's son, Jack
once the story mode is complete.
Everything about this game is magnificent! Online and offline play etc.
I'd hope Rockstar takes notice at the popularity of this great title, and comes up
with a great sequel. And hopefully we won't have to wait until the next gen consoles
come out, to play it!
BTW, sorry I hadn't posted in a while. I'd had a bad problem with my back, and have
been seeing a chiropractor. Things are coming along, finally.![]()

It would be pretty interesting to see what they could do next with it.

The game was successful so i wouldn't be surprised if they do. But right now all I care of is GTA V then I would love a new red dead. But if it is a sequel maybe it will be more modernized like using the first vehicles and stuff because this storyline is based around them changing
