The game is fine, don't overlook things. Do that and you can enjoy the game for what it is: killer fun. It's there because it adds humor to the story, which many loved.

Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Desctruction contains an innuendo, just like the rest.

The subtitles all have double meanings - merely for the humor factor of course but yes, you could say that they are mainly intended to apply to the games more than anything.
