Rent it because I beat it in about 7 hours played through it 2 more times on challenge mode, unlocked every weapon (including RYNO), got everything to VX lvl, got all skins, and got the golden groovitron.  Pretty easy game but I am playing through it again to see if I can get through it without getting hit ONCE.  So far I'm at Fastoon (first trip) without getting shot, blown up, hit, trampled, falling to my death, or any other type of death/damage.

Did you beat it 100%? Not many others can do that in the time allotted for the rent of a game, so if one wants to just beat the storyline and be done with it, then renting would most likely be reccomended, but if one wants to beat it 100%, then I would suggest buying.

Re: Rent or Buy?

If you're the sort of gamer that plays a game to do nothing more than say you finished it, then it's definately a rental.  If you're the type that likes to completely finish the game with 100% completion than you'd probably want to buy it.

Renting is always better unless you are 100% positive you'll like it.

ill be renting just cause when i beat it i know i wont play it again since there no online or anything.

Buy it, beat it, and then play it again in challenge mode. That's how I get more gameplay value out of the series.
