Has anyone had this problem? I bought Ratchet and Clank and did not have any of the save data issues that seemed to have occured on a few copies around the states. My copy was working fine. The game is superb, played around 7 hours and had just completed the research island (sorry not sure of the name) and returned to the Arena level to fight for some more cash. Once I arrived at that level I found a gold bolt. Let the game save, waited for all blinking lights to stop and then shut down the game to return later.
When I have turned on my console and started up the game and loaded my save data it is starting me from the beginning with none of the weapons or anything to show for the past 7 hours played. I have a saved data file of around 1350kb.
Does anyone know of a way I can get back to the place I was or have I lost everything and am now looking at a 7 hour painful experience of recapturing it all? Thanks for any help.
