If you skip the cutscene where you get the glider and chase the repair bot, it thinks you have the glider but you dont and therefore cannot complete the game. This happened on third playthru after nearly getting plat. Only option is start a new game from scratch since you can only use one save file to get the bolt collection trophies.
Another glitch in Up Your Arsenal is that the HUD does not go to the corners, and instead sits in the position that it would be in on a small screen tv.
