No there will not be a fee. Only MMORGPs have online fees because all the bandwidth. But since Ratchet and Clank wont take up to much, it wont cost anything.

A booklet that comes with the Network Adapter says that you have to pay your internet service provider, sometimes an unexpectedly high amount. Something along those lines anyway.

That's just means your regular internet charges. It's meant for Dial-Up users so that pay by the hour.

No. Nintendo 64 came out before playstation (I think) and it had a rumdle pack that you buy separate.
