These could be seperate issues, but somehow I think they're linked. I've beaten the game 3 times now, and everytime I do see the cutscene after the credits. But that scene fails to unlock in the cutscene selection. also I cannot look at the cheat menu, because it thinks I have not yet beaten the game.
