How do you get the exclusive Apps, anyone know???

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by "exclusive" apps.  I'm not aware of any Vita apps, except the ones that come with the System,  that are not available for other mobile platforms.  All Vita apps are  only available in the Apps section of the Vita and PS3 Playstation Stores.
