I want to use my vita to watch YouTube videos and I heard there was an app for Youtube in the Ps store I tried searching there but I couldn't find it. I even tried searching it but it still wouldn't show up. I live in Australia which is a country that has the app so I am puzzled as to how it is missing. If anyone knows about similar issues, please help because I really want this app.

How do you know that Australia has the app, if it isn't in your Playstation Store? Do you have a link to an announcement specifically stating that it is available in Australia?  Just because you know other people that have the app, doesn't mean it is available in your country.  They may be using PSN accounts from North America, or elsewhere.

Be aware you must have a master account for AU not a sub account..
