I dont know if this goes here, but Ive been trying to send my Vita in for repairs, Trying to avoid the hassles of over the phone support ive tried to apply it online, but I cant do that ethier, Because, After I put in my information, it tells me that i need to select and option of what kind of issue im having. but it doesnt give me any options, it says instead, please give details of the problem your having, but when i type it up, and select continue it says please select an option from one of the choices below, but there are no choices. is there anyway around this? or am i gonna have to call Sony?
