Many ISPs block port 25 at their firewalls in order to stop systems on their networks that are infected with bots from sending spam. Use port 587 instead, which is specifically for the submission of authenticated mail, and isn't used by spam bots because they can't authenticate.

According to Microsoft, it will.

Did you try contacting MSN's support line? This isn't really a PS Vita issue as far as I can see.

I am having the same problem. I can send messages without a problem, but I can't recieve anything. It isn't even showing that I have an inbox. I am using IMAP, and have double checked everything multiple times.

I switched from IMAP to POP, and it works fine now. You might try that.

Have you tried it from a public Wi-Fi hotspot, like a Starbucks?
