I've already download update 2.00, activate all the settings and i can't find where are the discounts of PLUS MEMBERS or where are the free games

Can you help me?

I have the exact same problem. I downloaded the 2.0 update, shut off and turned on my vita. Activated the system and from everything that I've done, I see no playstation plus information anywhere. All the prices in the store are regular price. On my PS3, I just downloaded Quantum Conundrum no problem, so I know my plus account is still active.

Hmm. I just checked the vita games on my PS3 and the plus games are not showing up there either. I am going to guess that there is something not turned on yet on the Sony server side of things. So even though I have the firmware update for the vita, the switch for plus hasn't been flipped yet, at least for the US. Maybe europe and japan are getting plus games I don't know.

Not an error. The PS Store hasn't updated yet (you should see PS Plus options under your PSN Settings already, so you know you have PS Plus support on your system). See the end of this blog post:

The Store might not be updated until later tonight. Patience...
