I just received my PS vita and have installed a 4gb mempory card. I am a PS Plus user and downloaded my first game (Uncharted). This game has taken basically my whole memory card. What is the best way to move games around that I download? I have content manager installed. Do I need to delete this game to make room for another? If I delete it tells me all of the associated data will be deleted as well. I can't seem to locate game save data incase I reinstall the game, I would like to pick up where I left off. Hopefully this makes sense.

You can use cloud saves if yu have Plus, or backup to your PC or PS3. But the answer is yes, you will lose your saves otherwise if you delete the game.

You have to use the Content Manager to copy the game to a PC or PS3. The save data will be copied with it, and cannot be copied separately. Once you have copied the game, then you can delete it from the Vita, and download something else. If you are going to play retail PS3 games downloaded from the Playstation Store, you won't be able to install more than one or two at a time unless you buy a larger memory card.
