Near won't load others play history

When I go to the map on Near and look at others play history around me, the top or even the 2nd game or app on the list might load (sometimes not) and then it just stops loading and I am left with an incomplete list. Sometimes I just get an icon and no text to what the program is. I try to select it and it tells me it cannot load the data.

 

This has been happening since launch. I got my system at launch. What is wrong with this app?
