Near Error, What's Going On?

I've been trying to update my NEAR information for over an hour and all I get is an error.  I went down stairs and tested it out on another Vita, and it worked fine..  Came back upstairs to try it again, and I get this error again...

Well, still nothing will work..  so I played around a little.. and saw in the setup menu of NEAR, that you can reset and erase the data.. 

 

So to fix this error, I did a reset/erase and even though I lost everything in near, at least it works now...
