i keep gettn an error saying that i need to use a PC or [Browser] to log in to youtube, set your username and channels, and then sign in using this application. HELPPP!!!!!

Well then do such thing. It should open your browser and take you to YouTube where it asks if you want to authorize this app to have access to your account.  Once all that stuff is finished it should automatically close the browser and you'll find yourself signed in on the app.

The Youtube web site does not support the Vita browser.  If it did, there would be no need for a Youtube app on the Vita in the first place.  You have to sign up for a Youtube account before you can use the Vita Youtube app. You can't do that in the app itself.  You may be able to do that with the Vita web browser.  It's worth a try, but otherwise you will have to use a browser on a PC, or compatible smart phone. Then you sign in to the app using the account that you already created.
