buy the little big planet about a week ago, which I came with a coupon code, which consisted of online mode and additional costumes "Big Daddy, Little Sister and kinghts of Old, the surprise is that when you insert the code only let me get off the Online Pass, but I have not the DLC ... I'm Venezuelan, I bought the game in a store that buys the products in USA, I wonder if I can or I can not download the costumes.
the game came fully sealed, with paper that reads: PRE-ORDER BONUS REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS. back say the instructions, which say I can get the costumes ...
I hope to have an answer.

It doesn't matter where you bought the game. If it is the US version of the game, then you can only redeem the codes in the US Playstation Store with a US PSN account. You can do that from any country however, and there is no reason why you could not receive the pre-order bonuses. The costumes probably were not available in the Playstation Store until last Tuesday when the store was updated to include the game, so you should check for them again.

I too just got the game in the mail purchased it from walmart.com. It too was supposed to come with a code for the pre-order bouns of the online pass and the costumes however all I got was the online pass. The insert said to redeem the the pre-order bonuses just input the code. I contacted support and they said that to contact walmart .com to get the costume code as it was supposed to be on my reciept. The receipt that came in the package did not contain any code to claim my costumes. Any ideas ?

Online passes are standard add-ons for Vita games, and are sold in the Playstation Store, in addition to being in the game box of new copies. They all do the same thing, so the online pass is not going to be the means of delivering any retailer-specific bonus content, or pre-order bonus content. There would have to be a second code for that. If you pre-order a game online, the bonus code is usually e-mailed to you. The e-mail may have gone to your spam folder.
Pre-order bonus codes are never in the box, because publishers don't create special retail packages for pre-orders. If you pre-order from a physical store, they usually give you a card with the redemption code on it; or print the code on your receipt. Some retailers are better than others at this. GameStop and Amazon have pre-orders down to a science. Video game sales are a very small part of what Walmart sells, so your experience may vary there. You will have to resolve the issue with Walmart though. Sony isn't responsible for distributing the pre-order bonus codes. That is the retailer's job.

Actually, DarkKnight2010 seems to have gotten the same insert as I. Mine said the same thing on the insert inside of the game pre-ordered from BestBuy.com
I had called Sony about the pre-orders a week before the release when some stores were selling it early. They told me that my pre-order would have it in the packaging as to why mine won't be shipped until original release. Then when I did receive mine the insert inside said for the Big Daddy, Little Sister and Knights content. When entered all the came up was online pass. I called Sony about it and their response was it was a misprint of the insert and nothing can be done. I said what was the point of pre-ordering then, since without pre-ordering I would have been able play it about two weeks earlier. They said sorry. Shows how much they care for those that take the time and consideration to pre-order for their products.
I'm replying to this because gkpma00 is giving misinformation on this situation. Since the insert inside clearly states it and was told by Sony about a week earlier would be inside as to why my pre-order will ship on original release date.

I wanted to add. I did contact Best Buy customer service and was esculated to upper level and they have been trying to be very helpful. They have contacted Sony, also for the multiple orders they had received and getting no response back from Sony.
