[HELP] NAT Type 3 ps vita problem. Any help please?

My ps vita wont let me play online because i get that nat type 3 connectivity issue.i know its supposed to be type 2 but i dont know how i can change it.

From what I know a NAT Type 3 connection occurs when it can't connect to the router or modem properly, usually incorrect ports or firewalls. See if you have any firewalls that could prevent your Vita from getting a NAT Type 2.

Im using an android hotspot, so i dont also know how to check the firewall.
