Error NW-2026-0 (Wifi version)

I saw a number of threads regarding this error with the 3G version, but I'm getting it on my wifi model every time I try and access my friends list or the store. I just bought the thing but it's doing this continually....does anyone know how to fix it?

Re: Error NW-2026-0 (Wifi version)

This is happening to me as well.  I can't connect to PSN and I can't update my system.

I think I solved the problem.  Go to Settings >> Network >> Wi-Fi Settings.  Then select the access point you want to connect to, then press Connect.  You should be able to connect to the internet and stuff now, and there should be a green dot next to the network you selected to connect to.

I discovered this, too. I don't think it's supposed to be like that, since it's supposed to connect automatically whenever you want to access something that requires internet connection. It should just connect, not give you an error. In fact, there's even an option under each access point that you can check a box if you want something to NOT automatically connect. This box is unchecked by default though. Hopefully this whole thing is fixed in a future update. Or at least give me a hotkey that I can hit when I want to connect to my access point, instead of having to go all through the settings menu every time.

I got that problem once but then I fixed it because when I turned on my ps vita it hadn't connected to the wi-fi so check that your wi-fi is on
