Content manager is not being recognized.

I plugged the vita into this computer (win7 ultimate) and when I did it said I needed to download the content manager. I did that but the vita is still telling me to download the manager. What am I doing wrong?

What it actually said was to download the Content Manager Assistant.  The Content Manager only runs on the Vita.  Not a PC.  The Content Manager Assistant can be downloaded here...

If you have already install it, is it running?  There should be a Content Manager icon in the Windows taskbar.  If not, you may need to log out and log back in again.
