I am from malaysia, the electric volt is 220 v, what if I charge by connecting USB port to wall USB plug without passing the adapter? will it cause any damage to my PS Vita without the adapter?

No.  All USB ports have the same voltage, which is 5vac. It doesn't matter what the voltage from the wall is if you are using a USB charger. However, the Vita will only charge that way if it is completely off.  Not in standby mode.
