Glad to see its worked for some now unfortunately mine is still not working. I wrote customer service thinking that my account did not merge, however now I notice that my PSU account name is listed under my PSN name so that was not the problem however csr's keep sending me replys the Sony issued FAQs which do not address my login problem. Can someone point me in the right direction or did I lose my GAP status somehow in the merger?l
Like someone already stated, don't email them. You need to call them, since the email system is just an automated system. The number of emails they get on a daily basis is almost in the millions.
Before calling them, try clearing your cookies and log back in.
