Re: What game are you most proud of having a Platinum trophy for?

For me it's definitely Shadow of the Colossus.  Not only is it one of my favorite games of all time, but it also feels great that I am in the <4% that have the platinum on this Trophy card site.

Infamous, it's one of those game that you get 100% because you like the challenge of completing the game and not just for a virtual achievement

Re: What game are you most proud of having a Platinum trophy for?

There's actually a couple I'm particular proud of.

Here's the ones I really enjoyed getting, as well as them being not the easiest.

Darksiders

The Sabotuer

Just Cause 2

If I ever go back to it, Fallout 3 will be a very proud one.  It drives me up a wall that I don't have it, I only need the 50 speech challenge one for Plat.  The trouble is, I have to start at the very beginning.  It would have been my first Plat, but with a witness none the less.  I was walking up to the last person I knew a challenge was at, went to talk to the NPC, as soon as I hit the X button, got YLOD on my 60gb fat.  Haven't gone back to the game since.  One day.

If anyone needs advice on trophies, let me know.  Got a ton of plats and give assitance.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Assassin's Creed II.

UDF only because of the "Charted! - Crushing" trophy.

Man... that game is hard, seriously.

And ACII because of the 100 feathers, i got 81 without looking on the internet.

Good thread JWS!!

The one I'm most proud of is Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (Sly 1 on the Sly Collection). My other 2 plats are kids games that weren't hard. Sly was time consuming, challenging, and enjoyable. I'm working on 2 and 3 now!

That's easy: Killzone 2. Getting top 1% was probably my proudest moment as a collector. If that one wasn't hard enough. Things like I getting all the ribbons, hard and doing the whole single player without dying made this one to remember.

Cheers, Brrnout

Re: What game are you most proud of having a Platinum trophy for?

Tough call....but I guess I would have to say:

Wanted:  Weapons of Fate (US and German versions)...because curving bullets is just plain cool

Prototype..........difficult and challenging

Dead Space.......difficult and challenging

Aquanauts Holiday......just a visually stunning game

Army of Two:  40th Day....online is such a chore

Wet............difficult, challenging, and just such a guilty pleasure.  Not to mention, you have to play thru like 6 times

Eat Lead:  The Return of Matt Hazard.........fun, just plain fun

Ghostbusters..........fun game, and the MP can be a blast

Fallout 3.............fun game

Wolverine......who doesn't like playing as Wolverine?

to name just a few

Re: What game are you most proud of having a Platinum trophy for?

My Plats are as follows:

Assassin's Creed II

Batman: Arkham Asylum

Burnout: Paradise

Castlevania Lords of Shadow

Dead Nation

God of War

God of War 2

God of War 3

God of War: Chains of Olympus

God of War: Ghost of Sparta

Ico

Infamous

L.A. Noire

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

Sly 1

Sly 2

Sly 3

Spare Parts

Uncharted

Uncharted 2

I care for all of them equally. Some harder to obtain than the others.

I made the list just to refresh myself on which plats I have obtained. Batman has been my most recent, and every bit of that game was amazing. That Castlevania trophy was a hard one to get too. Hard time choosing a favorite.

Happy Holidays!

Man, I didn't even think of that trophy from Killzone 2.    Should have gone through the list instead of just going from memory.
