This has been an ongoing problem for quite awhile. For some reason...the US site always seems to have trouble displaying quite a few of the games. Specially newer games and games from Japan for instance. If you really want to see all your trophies displayed....you will have to log into the UK site.
Which would be uk.playstation.com

Same for me. In fact I am playing through MW3 right now and none of the trophies are showing up in my list. Strange!

UPDATE - All of my trophies are now showing up! Not sure what they did but I can see all of them now same as the UK.
Now I just need to find time to play <sigh>
