playstation plus member card problems

hi everyone, Im having a big problem with my free year membership because I use it on an acount that was linked to another ps3 that i just desactivate today hoping it would bring back my susribtion but it didnt.

 

how do i get my suscribtion back?

You probably should contact Sony to help you with that issue, there is possibly a problem you don't know about...
