PlayStation Plus problems

4 replies 718 views Edited Jan 29, 2014
When I go to the PlayStation network and want to buy a PlayStation plus membership I keep getting the same error code E-82000028 and it highlights the credit card number box suggesting I typed in the wrong number but it recognizes that the card is American Express. And since I use the same card for my Paypal and have no problems there it is impossible that the number is wrong.
Does anybody have the same problem or knows how to help?

Why not fund your wallet using Paypal?

Yes you can

Note that you cannot add funds directly on your system. You have to go to the website and add funds on your computer
