i just bought ps3 super slim that comes bundled with a one year ps+ membership.  when updated and signd in on the new ps3, i went to the store and put in the voucher code, but while doing so i noticed that the voucher only says one month membership on it.  so i redeem the code, and when i check my services list on the ps3, it says the ps plus will expire one month from today.  i cant find any other vouchers in the box so im at a loss as to what i should do.  any ideas?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to research the issue as these can be a bit tough to track down, but I wll dig in to this and if you've been provided a wrong voucher code for the 1 year which only provides a 30 day trial, we'll rectfy the issue for everyone affected.

No PS3 bundle from Sony comes with a one year Plus subscription code in the box.  The codes in the box are only for 30 days.  If you were promised a one year free Plus subscription, that code will be somewhere else.  Where did you buy this bundle?

walmart.  its listed on the walmart website.  and the gamestop website.  best buy website.  they all list it.  its a ps3 super slim 500gb.  its $299, has a picture with cole, sackboy and ratchet on the box, and theres a big black square on the bottom middle of the box that says playstation plus 1 year membership.  sorry but you are wrong.  maybe they just dont sell them where you live?

My first thought was exactly the same as yours gkpama, but having looked into it a little I'm kind of with the OP on this, I've seen bundles on Amazon & elsewhere with the 12 month subscription included.

I'm just not sure how it's included as such, be it on a code, or a piece of paper somewhere etc.

Did you ask Sony customer support, which can only be reached by phone or e-mail?  Those packages are special retail promotions that are not standard bundles.  Asking Walmart is probably a waste of time, but someone at GameStop should know if they sell the package.

I am having the EXACT same problem. I bought the same bundle but the voucher code is only providing a 30-day PS+ trial (not one-year free membership as the package states). Please help.

Contacting the store from where you purchased the PS3 is unlikley to yield any help, Gamestop or Amazon may assist you, Walmart or somewhere like that likely not, try calling Sony's customer service number, it's at the bottom of this page, just hit the "contact us" tab.

I've seen these packages & they do indeed say 12 months PS Plus, something you should be entitled to.
