I signed up for PS Plus last month when it said on the website I should be able to download Space marines with the instant game collection,yet Its not free for me,not at september not at october...

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is still part of the Instant Game Collection. Go to PS Store>PlayStation Plus and it's the 16 content tile for the game.

You have to download it from the Playstation Plus section of the Playstation Store.  The game can be purchased by any PSN member in the PS3 Games section of the Playstation Store, but it is only free if you download it in the Plus section of the store; before Tuesday.
