My apologies for the delay in response. Unfortunately the engineers do not have any update at the moment. As soon as I get any update, I'll let you know.
Thank you for your understanding.
Our engineer investigated and they'd like to see if turning down the MTU setting on your PS4 would help.
You can access the MTU setting by going through following menu.
PS4 -> Settings -> Network -> Setup -> Use LAN -> Custom -> MTU Settings -> Manual
Can you give this a try and see if it works?
I did that, turned that down to 576 it was at 1500. 576 is the lowest it would alow. Still wont connect to the ps now service but connects to netflix, to other online games on my hard drive and to the playstation store.
That is awesome! I'm so glad that the issue resolved for you.
For a refund, you can contact the chat support. For our investigation purpose, have you changed the MTU setting previously? Or was 1500 set as a default?
Before I shelled out the $20 for my first month, I went through the connection test, and it almost immediately came back and said my connection was fine and would work fine. So I paid my $20, and now all of the sudden, I'm getting booted constantly and seeing the message that my connection ISN'T good enough. I have to be honest, I feel a little ripped off.
Your bandwidth seems to vary every time you attempt to stream using PS Now. Are you sharing your internet connection or downloading/streaming outside of PS Now? Have you tried any of the troubleshooting listed on the top of this thread?
