I cannot play any Playstation Now games on my PS4. I am experiencing 8001051B "Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit". The code is slightly different by one character but sounds like a similar issue to this thread. I chatted with support and they gave me a bunch of BS steps to reset my network connection, then bailed before I could complete the steps. They obviously didn't help. Pretty unsatisfied over here. Can you restor my account. I couldn't coneivably care less about trophies in my games, I just want to be able to play them.
Still having the very same issues. No change.
edit- I got a case ID (18146360) and was told to check back on it. Horrible customer support. I hate to complain and normally like to stick to the issues, but I should be notified somehow rather than chasing this down since I'm the customer. I've been paying for something that doesn't work for months. Obviously this is a large enough issue to have some visibility and I'm shocked it hasn't been addressed more agressiively. If it was a week or two, sure, stuff happens but the time to repair on this is beyond stale at this point and since I can't use the service I'm left with a lot of time to whine about it. I do appreciate any efforts being done, but this thread says to me there's a serious database or access issue that deserves a bulletin.
Just got off the phone with PS help. FIrst they tried to tell me that the issue was with my PS3 but I told them it's with my PS4. They tried to say that I had to completely format my ps4 and they would delete my profile then recreate it. When I mentioned that I was told that the saved data was on the PS now servers and not my ps4 they then said that I was correct and that they couldn't help me because PS now issues were only delt with on the chat. And now it says that chat isn't available. But when I tried to use chat back in January when the issue first started I was told that I had to make a post here in the forums and I would get helped that way....like I said that was back in January and I'm still having these same issues, even with new games that were just released and I have never played before. I would really like someone from playstation to at least act like they care about getting my money and respond with some idea on either how long till the issue is fixed or some kind of troubleshooting idea that I haven't tried already. You would think with all the issues so many people are having they would actually try and do something about it.
