This is Steelygarrrr's wife, he had my PS account name mixed up with my Xbox account. My account name is MissDiscordia and the game that initially gave me the error was God of War III, but after getting the error with that game it started happening with literally every single game I try to stream. I am still unable to play any PS Now game and it has been nearly a month, they all begin to load and then I receive an error message saying the trophies failed to load which is immediately followed by a window saying "Error code ce-36533-0".
There you are! Yes, I do see your streaming session history now. Now that I have your information, I can make proper escalation to the engineers. I'll let you know when the issue is resolved.
Now it's half working. -_- Some games will load (Assassin's Creed, Uncharted), but some won't (Bioshock Infinite, God of War). God of War is the only reason I pay for PS Now and that series is the only reason I even own a Playstation in the first place, so honestly every other game could be broken and I'd still be happy if God of War worked - especially since most of the other games listed on PS Now that I'd actually enjoy playing I already own on the Xbox. =\
The subscription for my PSNow actually ran out a few days ago and the representative I spoke with from chat support refused to refund any of my subscription from last month (despite the fact that I was literally unable to play or use the service for the entire month), so I'm unable to check if steaming is working on my account. The reason I was given for my refund being denied was that this is an issue with my ISP and not the PlayStation network - even though my husband's account plays just fine and your engineers have been working hard to fix this for me. It was clearly a case of the representative not taking the time to look into my actual problem and instead giving me a generic "It's not us, it's you" response (I worked in customer service for nearly 15 years, I know the drill.) Because of that I have decided to just cancel my subscription completely, but I do thank you for working so hard to get this issue resolved for me. It is appreciated.
