I'm not entirely sure if you deal with EU based accounts considering that this is the US forum but I would rather have a working service rather than just paid for something that is now basically rendered useless until the error is sorted.

I'm having problems with my psnow account. It won't pop trophies or even show games played via psnow in my list. If I'm playing discs trophies and list no problem. But anything played via psnow nothing works how do I resolve this?
