Re: PS Now on PC - Bug/Issue Reporting

Nov 25, 2016

To anyone else with the issue of not being able to login, my problem seems fixed by opening port 2053 on my router (port trigger) and setting the MTU to 1454.

Re: PS Now on PC - Bug/Issue Reporting

Dec 20, 2016
  1. PSN Online ID (used with PS Now): Fandard
  2. Description of issue: PS Now app not working. It shows the slpash screen for 1 or 2 seconds and then it just sits on the taskbar with only the option to exit the app. Never shows the window with the games or any other window for that matter. If I uninstall the app and install it again I can play, until this happens again. If I reboot the computer, I will for sure have to reinstall to be able to play. But it can happen just if I close the app that it won't work again unless I reinstall.
  3. Internet speed at streaming location: 25Mb
  4. Internet Service Provider (eg. Verizon, Time Warner Cable, etc.): Teksavvy
  5. Wired or wireless connection: Wireless
  6. PC operating system (eg. Windows 7, 8.1, 10): Windows 10
  7. Processor type (eg. AMD, Intel): Intel
  8. If game-related, which game:

  10. If you are seeing an error, what text is being displayed:

When are you guys going to address this issue? It's been happening for months now. If you contact the chat support they have no idea what is going on or that there is even a reported issue. I was even asked to test this on a different computer or to download the installer using a different browser. Your support guys clearly have no idea of this issue, or if they do they are told to put the blame on the user.  Last time I talked with somebody that showed that cared I was told that this was going to be escalated to the Windows app developers. It have been at least 3 weeks since that and I see no changes.
