Sorry to burst your bubble but it doesnt work like that. This is a community forum made of gamers like you and no one here has access to your account nor can provide refunds.
That being said you will need to contact support via phone or livechat.
Just keep in mind that all sales are considered final so a refund could be denied for any reason or simply no reason at all.
Support can submit a one time courtesy refund request on your behalf. You will then be notified within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) on whether your refund request was approved or denied.
Also any courtesy refund request that gets approved is in the form of a credit to your psn accounts wallet balance. Courtesy refunds never go back to the original funding source(i.e. paypal account or debit/credit card).

well this is **bleep** because i downloaded playstation now as a trial and all of a sudden i am seeing i am being charged 12 a month without no warning or saying your trial is up do you want to go pro type **bleep**...so i obviously would like my money back as well
