Id suggest you stop blaming sony for this..im not saying anything here with "ill intent", or to flame you

If you buy a product that isnt supported in your region, from another region, there is nothing they can do. Its how it works. Also, you really think its sonys fault they dont offer service in mexico? Its your governments edit: and sonys lack of interest in your region. Its just a fact and its how it is...

Just stop blaming sony for things they cant control. they cant control the fact you bought a device they dont sell or offer support for in your region.

But if your problem was your PSN, in your account I contacted spain and they told me that I must leave some account on inactivity like a month or something and then remake the account with the same email or a different one
