If you mean, have two people playing under two PSN IDs in an online game, then no.
If you mean two accounts on one PS3 logging into the same PSN ID, yes.

thanks buddy. because i was with the 360 and i swicthed to the ps3 so i don't know everything yet. so if i use for example "jay123" and "joy235" usernames,can i login from any username in my psn id : megaxsis ?

Yes, just sign up as normal with the first account.  For the second account goto the create new account option and select "No, I will use an existing account."

Sorry I guess I was incorrect on that, I just tried it on mine and it says the PSN is in use by another account.  So your best bet would to make a sub account for your second account.
